три дня 20 капель пустырника вместо сигареты , полгода выдержки и свободен
Да пробовал я разные методы – и сигаретки постепенно обрезал, и фокус с молоком проделывал, и пластырь никотиновый лепил. Без толку – получалось бросить лишь на короткое время, 2-3 недели и уже опять с соской. Получилось по-смешному: по спору “на слабо”. Забились с товарищем – бросаем враз, а кто первый закурит, выкатывает поляну и ящик коньяка. То ли жаба обоих так давит, то ли марку друг перед другом держим, но уже с 25.05.2018 с курением никак. От слова совсем.
Советы хорошие, но самое главное для себя твердо решить, что бросаешь. Я сам, когда бросал, несколько раз чуть не сорвался. Раньше сигаретами стресс закуривал, а теперь начал чай пить с лимоном, чтобы руки и рот занять.
