We conditionally combine these bad habits, because they have something in common. Firstly, they are paradoxically available. Anyone who is not particularly straining can buy alcohol or cigarettes at any grocery store. And then a simple bad habit, abuse of these things, gradually develops into a real disease that just does not recede and will bring a lot of problems to a person.

How much benefit computers bring to people – and how much harm happens to them. The point here, of course, is not in computers, but in the fact that people are sometimes too keen on and begin to sit down on them, falling into dependence. 6. Improper nutrition
We continue to consider bad habits that are based on nutrition. And nothing better than eating in the wrong mode is simply eating the wrong, unhealthy, inappropriate food. It can seriously disrupt your metabolism, bring a bunch of problems to your condition, seriously ruin your figure and add extra pounds of weight. And this is only part of the possible consequences.
Of course, the mat is a historical part of our language and plays a significant role in the formation of philological culture. But is it worth it to use often? It’s one thing to transfer emotions into a strong word when you are injured, when your life is in danger, and so on – and it’s quite another thing – to use mate just like that, on an ongoing basis, without any bright reason. 8. The habit of biting nails
Firstly, it is simply ugly. Unattractive and deformed nails – this is not what you want to see from another person. Even if you later do manicures, still nothing good will come of it, because some nails will be longer, others shorter. Secondly, the problem also lies in the fact that under the nails there are a large number of various potentially harmful substances that can enter your body and cause various negative diseases in it.
This bad habit is one of the most relevant for the modern generation. The fact is, millennials – or, in other words, generation Y – are people who have an awfully short attention span. They are not able to devote too much time to one and the same task, and therefore they constantly switch between different types of activity, in which productivity is equally reduced as a result.
